The conversations are personal and revealing\, with Gorey (draped with cats) sprawled on a chair in his kitchen\, chatting over a beer at a nearby tavern\, or seated at his daily lunch caf . He conducted additional interviews with the artists inspired by Gorey such as Terry Gilliam\, Neil Gaiman\, Lemony Snicket\, and Danny Elfman\, showing the impact his work has had on contemporary American culture before and after his passing.\n\n \n\n\n\nIn this one hour presentation Seufert will both talk about the writing of the book and the making of the documentary for which the interviews were done\, and screen animations\, deleted scenes\, and behind the scenes clips. He is most known for his award-winning films with the likes of journalist Walter Cronkite\, filmmaker Albert Maysles\, actress Julie Harris and others. A professional photographer\, Seufert is the author of six books about Cape Cod. He lives with his children with in a house on the beach on Cape Cod.
