"Listeners to the radio station are already familiar with their irreverent take on life\, politics\, and kitchen gadgets\, and I can't wait to hear what they have in store for this show!"\n\nWood\, the host of The Lowdown and contributor to Outer Cape News has been compared to Dave Barry and David Sedaris\, and shares five-minute Andy Rooney-esque essays on air\; his thoughtful take on life and humanity\, The Lowdown\, airs Thursdays at 12:30. Blood's work has appeared in numerous publications\, including her own blog\, Trout Towers.
