DESCRIPTION:Located on the grounds of Coast Guard Station Chatham\, Chatham Light has a long and rich history.\n\nThe Chatham Flotilla of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will once again offer ground tours of the iconic Chatham Lighthouse this summer - starting with Historic Chatham Weekend on June 15-16. \n\n\n\n Flotilla members will conduct the tours from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday of Historic Chatham Weekend (June 15-16) and at that same time every Wednesday in July and August. Tours will also be held on September 4 and September 18 and from 1 to 3 p.m. weather permitting.\n\n Auxiliarists will present the history and workings of the lighthouse tower and the decommissioned Coast Guard Motor Lifeboat 44501 that is on display at the Chatham Coast Guard Station.
