You’ll move through standing and mat-based exercises, connecting breath with movement for a full-body experience.
All levels welcome — no experience necessary!
Bring water and a yoga strap if you have one.
Sabrina is a dynamic fitness trainer with 25+ years of teaching experience in Pilates, Barre, Kickboxing, and more.
