Opened Summer 2024, Liberty Artisanal Bakery's rapid popularity has earned its place on Google's list of 15 local cape cod gems. The bakery specializes in hand-crafted European style sourdough breads, seasonal breakfast pastries, cookies, granola, and holiday special baked goods. All our baked good products, including pastry fillings, are prepared from scratch in small batches using the highest quality ingredients, including stoneground organic whole grain flours to give the best tasting baked good. Fine coffee and expertly prepared espresso drinks are available to complement our rustic style croissants and scones. We are primarily a grab-and-go bakery with limited seating available.
