With a campus set on eight acres in the beautiful, seaside town of Chatham, Massachusetts, Broad Reach is proud to be redefining excellence in the delivery of post-acute and community-based healthcare. No other skilled nursing facility on Cape Cod has been operated under the same management and ownership as long as we have. We are family owned, and Cape Cod is our home.
