Cape photographer Jon Vaughan will be on hand to sign copies of his latest book, Cape Cod Dawn to Dusk.
Imagine a day at the Cape, soaking in the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and then trekking across this sandy spit to savor the sunset over Cape Cod Bay. Imagine spending your daylight hours exploring everything between the shorelines of Cape Cod’s unique shape – a swimmer’s arm in an ocean cupping a bay. Every minute, every hour reveals something familiar, something new, something different, something unusual, something beautiful, something unexpected, and many times something unforgettable. CAPE COD: DAWN TO DUSK is my tribute to this incredible sandcastle created by a glacier and preserved by humanity. It is a personal collection of visual memories captured on film over many years and sequenced minute by minute from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm to share with you on a long and wonderful day.
