About Us

The Atwood Museum is located at 347 Stage Harbor Road and has twelve spacious galleries featuring art, artifacts, maps, charts, and decorative arts portraying life on Cape Cod since the 17th century. This gem of a museum offers new exhibits every year, as well as many favorite returning exhibits. With fifteen different exhibits, there is something for everyone in your group to enjoy.

Come and visit our mural collection, preserved beach camp, preserved house from 1752, Wampanoag Wetu, then and now exhibit, Coast Guard and Lifesavers exhibit, Antique Tool Room, Joseph Lincoln exhibit, and so much more!

Due to current public health concerns, we are requiring that all visitors make advance online reservations to visit the Atwood Museum. We have also implemented procedures so that you can enjoy the exhibits knowing that precautions have been made for everyone's health and safety.
