Six Swedish Stuga's / cottages, rented FRI-FRI, priced VERY reasonably! ($450-$868 wk On-Season; $340-$768 wk Off-Season). The MA STR tax of 14.45% is NOT included in those prices. Open from late June to mid September, with one unit until Columbus Day.

It's classic Swedish ''Stuga'' country charm, but budget priced, leaving you money for eating out and fun in Chatham! And these days, that's even more important than ever...as discount prices are the standard here!
Cottages are located on quiet 1.8 acre pine/oak grounds...5-min walk to two beaches...plus units are kept as clean as possible! Thus NO smoking and NO pets are the rule.
Superbly crafted classic 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages are heated and fully equipped (however, no A/C, TV, phone or microwave but Wi-Fi is available) and are generously sized/spaced...most with spacious screen porches.
Cottages are priced based on two people (''Base rate'') with additional adults/children at a low ($6 or less) daily rate. Cleaning fee is an additional $55-$95 depending on unit.
