Following Lester’s leadership, Michael Cole served as president and guided the company through a period of significant growth and diversification, expanding its capabilities by developing key departments like Services, Painting, and Property Management. Today, under President Matthew H. Cole, Cape Associates continues to grow and evolve, supported by a team of more than 120 full-time, year-round employees and a strong foundation built for the future.
