Habitat Cape Cod’s Building on Faith Breakfast Events
YARMOUTH PORT, MA – Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod will host a series of Building on Faith Breakfast Events in October, welcoming clergy, outreach leaders, members of the faith community, and anyone interested in learning more about Habitat Cape Cod.
These gatherings are a wonderful opportunity to:
- Learn about upcoming Habitat builds in Falmouth, Brewster, and Pocasset
- Connect with others in the Faith Community
- Explore ways we can come together to build homes, hope, and community.
- Wednesday, October 22 – Cape Cod Bible Alliance, Brewster
- Thursday, October 23 – Cape Cod Church, Falmouth
- Tuesday, October 28 – St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Barnstable
- Thursday, October 30 – First Congregational Church of Falmouth
Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod has completed nearly 200 homes from Bourne to Provincetown and is currently building in Dennis, and Wellfleet. Additional builds are planned for Yarmouth, Marstons Mills, Falmouth, Brewster, Bourne, Orleans, and North Falmouth. Qualifying families are selected via drawing, and future homeowners contribute sweat equity, helping build their homes alongside local volunteers, then purchase their homes with an affordable mortgage. Habitat Cape Cod has been nationally recognized for building energy-efficient, affordable homes. All homes are deed-restricted to remain affordable in perpetuity. Habitat Cape Cod relies on the generosity of our community to build affordable homes with local Cape Cod families. To ensure gifts stay local, donors must donate online at habitatcapecod.org or via mail to 411 Main Street, Suite 6, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675
