Cape Cod Healthcare to Host
Community Benefits Open Meeting
Annual event on December 11 aims to gather feedback from the public  

 
 
(Hyannis, MA – December 2, 2025) – Cape Cod Healthcare will host its annual open meeting for the public to discuss its Community Benefits programs on Thursday, December 11, at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors in West Yarmouth. 
 
This public event, which welcomes feedback on the needs of our community, will include: 

  • Overview of the 2026-2028 Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) Community Health Needs Assessment and strategic implementation plan. 
  • Recognition of our recent grantees.  
  • Networking opportunities with community members and organizations. 
 
The event will be held 10 to 11 a.m. on December 11, 2025, at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, 22 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth. The event is free, but registration is required. Driving in Chatham

Vehicles must be parked within the white lines.

When approaching a rotary (traffic circle), traffic in the rotary has the right of way.

Right turn at red light is permitted, except where noted.

Highway speed limit is 55 mph.

Seat belt use is required in Massachusetts. Child restraints are required for children 4 and under.

Legal driving age is 16 years.

Pedestrians have right of way at crosswalks.

Recycling in Chatham

Chatham Recycles is a volunteer-driven educational program designed to encourage residents, visitors and businesses to reduce their trash output and increase their recycling efforts. By recycling, Chathamites can limit the amount of trash going into incinerators and landfills, help conserve natural resources and contribute to Chatham's reputation as a forward-thinking and environmentally conscious community. Please visit their website!!
