Twin Farms’ Well-Being Specialist Britt Crompton Brings Transformative Labyrinth Experience to Cape Cod’s Shores
Chatham, MA – June 21, 2025 – Well-Being specialist Britt Crompton, celebrated for her Labyrinth Experience at the Forbes Five-Star Relais & Châteaux resort, Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, is bringing her unique practice home to Cape Cod for a special Summer Solstice event.
Britt’s journey with labyrinths began five years ago on Hilton Head Island, where she first drew intricate designs in the sand as part of her personal meditation practice. To her surprise, beachgoers were drawn to her creations, walking the labyrinths and experiencing their calming effects before the tide reclaimed the sand. This serendipitous discovery ignited Britt’s passion for sharing the labyrinth’s power as a tool for reflection, meditation, and well-being.
A Cape Cod native, Britt is partnering with longtime friend and Sol Spa owner, Jannell Brown, to offer the Summer Solstice Sand Labyrinth Experience on June 21, 2025—the longest day of the year. This immersive event invites participants to connect with themselves and nature through the ancient practice of labyrinth creation and walking meditation.
