CARE Announces New Executive Director
  
YARMOUTH PORT -- The Board of CARE for the Cape and Islands is thrilled to appoint Adam Gracia as Executive Director, effective immediately.
 
Gracia, a resident of Chatham, has served as interim executive director for the regional nonprofit since October 2024, following the transition of Founding Executive Director Jill Talladay to the CARE Board of Directors.

Driving in Chatham

Vehicles must be parked within the white lines.

When approaching a rotary (traffic circle), traffic in the rotary has the right of way.

Right turn at red light is permitted, except where noted.

Highway speed limit is 55 mph.

Seat belt use is required in Massachusetts. Child restraints are required for children 4 and under.

Legal driving age is 16 years.

Pedestrians have right of way at crosswalks.

Recycling in Chatham

Chatham Recycles is a volunteer-driven educational program designed to encourage residents, visitors and businesses to reduce their trash output and increase their recycling efforts. By recycling, Chathamites can limit the amount of trash going into incinerators and landfills, help conserve natural resources and contribute to Chatham's reputation as a forward-thinking and environmentally conscious community. Please visit their website!!
